4. Information Obligation of the Operator When Obtaining and Processing Personal Data

Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Legal Basis

The processing of personal data of individuals takes place in compliance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, and to the necessary extent to fulfill the defined purpose of the operator.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contact form and/or job application submitted by the data subject, which are published on the operator’s website, and to the extent of personal data specified in the respective form and/or job application. The personal data provided in the contact form and/or job application are processed for the purpose of promptly handling the request and communication with the data subject. In case of a change in the purpose of processing the provided personal data, the operator will promptly inform the data subject in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

The operator assures individuals that it does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization.

The Operator provides the data subject with the following relevant information when obtaining their personal data:

  • the retention period of personal data by the operator is a maximum of 5 years;
  • the data subject has the right to request access to personal data related to them from the operator, the right to rectify personal data, the right to erase personal data, or the right to restrict the processing of personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to data portability,
  • the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time,
  • the data subject has the right to submit a proposal to initiate proceedings under § 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended,
  • the provision of personal data by the data subject is a requirement necessary for the conclusion of a potential future contract; the failure to provide personal data specified in the relevant electronic forms/applications may result in the inability to be contacted by the operator,
  • the operator is obliged to provide the data subject with information about another purpose and further relevant information in accordance with applicable legal regulations before further processing personal data, if the operator intends to process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were obtained.
